  1. U.L. listed and NSF approved.
  2. 14 gauge stainless steel tray deposit window, sized to fit opening in masonry wall separting Dinning Room and Dishwashing Room. Tray deposit window shall be flanged out 2" all around and returned 1/2" to masonry wall on patron side.
  3. Conveyor panwork below tray deposit window on Dishroom side of wall shall include stainless steel scrapping table with trough. Unit shall be fabricated of 14 gauge stainless steel, polished to # 4 finish.
  4. On Dishroom side of tray deposit window, conveyor pan shall be depressed 3" below pass window ledge, integrally formed and pitched to drain. Pan at rear shall be turned up 3", back 2" and down 1" to form an integral backsplash with support channel at top edge, on to which conveyor framework shall rest. Ends of pan shall turn up 2", out 1-1/2" and down 3/4", forming a channel edge.
  5. Scrapping table shall be formed with integral 9" wide trough, pitched 3" to Waste Pulper (by K.E.C). Prior to Waste Pupler, trough shall be fabricated to form an integral 2" deep, "silver saver" sink, pitched to drain at center and fitted with level handle waste connection. Trough section beyond scrapping table shall be provided with a removable two-piece cover. Trough flush nozzle by K.E.C.; piping to pulper for recirculating water by plumbing contractor. Rear of scrapping table shall turn up 3", back 2" and down 1" to form an integral backsplash with support channel at top edge onto which conveyor framework shall rest. Front and ends of pan shall be turned up 3" and finished witha 1-1/2" rolled edge.
  6. Underside of panwork and scrapping table shall be stiffened with full width, inverted, 14 gauge, stainless steel channels, to which closed, conical, stainless steel gussets have been welded. Upper ends of 16 gauge, tubular stainless steel legs shall be fitted into gussets. Legs shall have welded, tubular stainless steel stretchers and adjustable stainless steel, flanged feet.
  7. Upper portion of conveyor assembly shall be fabricated with a welded 1-1/2" X 1-1/2" X 1/8" stainless steel angle framework for support and positive alignment of motor, sprocket and drive chain assembly. Vertical framework shall be clad with continous 14 gauge, stainless steel paneling with access as required for service of motor and drive components. Top of framework, sprockets, and One (1) Assembly Required. Greitzer Corporation, Inc Model #SVG- (# of carriers), custom- fabricated per project requirements, of size and shape as shown on plan.
  8. Drive assembly shall consist of a totally enclosed 1 H.P. 120/208 volt, three phase 5 wire, vari-speed motor, direct coupled to an enclosed gear reducer, with a torque limiting device. Assembly shall drive a continuous circular stainless steel chain riding on a formed stainless steel track. Circular track to be fitted with a plastic wear-strip along entire path of drive chain.
  9. Drive and idler sprockets to be 18" in diameter mounted on stainless steel shafts set into sealed-for-life pillow block bearings and mounted to stainless steel angle framework.
  10. Drive chain shall have stainless steel connecting links welded to chain to provide support for --------- ( ) pan-formed, 16 gauge, stainless steel carrier support panels; each having two (2) vinyl tired, stainless-steel roller spacers to maintain vertical positioning and eliminate front-to-back movement. Each panel shall be provided with stainless steel offset clips for support of five (5) tiered tray carriers. Tray carriers shall be fabricated of all welded, 1/4" O.D. forrmed, stainless steel rods. Entire carrier assembly shall be polished to a uniform finish. Carriers shall be formed with integral side and rear guides. Lower tier shall be fitted with a removable, solid stainless steel shelf, labeled: "FOR LOOSE ITEMS ONLY". Tray carrier assembly shall be removable from support panel without the use of tools.
  11. Provide NEMA 4 watertight start/stop control mounted on front of scrapping table.
  12. All electrical components are to be wired to a NEMA 12 control panel mounted below scrapping trough. Control panel to have exposed disconnect switch and overload reset controls.
  13. All components to be pre-wired to a terminal strip and all wires to be numbered for easy trouble shooting and final connection in the field.
  14. All interwiring to be run in watertight flexible conduit.
  15. Sill safety switches shall be provided at both the entry and exit point of carriers through the tray deposit window.
  16. Provide insulated, double-pan, 18 gauge, stainless steel sight and sound shield above.
  17. Pulper, by others. Pulper control panel shall be shipped to Greitzer Corporation, Inc for mounting in scrapping table.
  18. Two year parts and labor warranty when installation is performed by conveyor manufacturer.
