Accumulator Type Powered roller conveyor For Straight or Curved Runs

BELTS:

Shall utilize parallel belts of accumulator roller chain. Chain formed of 1" wide by 1" diameter Delrin plastic rollers Straight or Curved Runs with .090" stainless steel side connector plates.

Belts shall be power driven, but upper rollers shall roll free to permit trays to "close ranks" without leapfrogging if a tray is stopped from advancing on the conveyor. Belts shall be capable of traveling along straight runs of conveyor without side guides.

Belts shall be capable of negotiating curves on radius to centerline of 36". Curve guides shall be 3/16" stainless steel.
