Roller Conveyors

TRAY MAKE-UP CONVEYOR:

Shall be Greitzer Corp Model TM-SW. Length as shown on plan.

BELT-PAN:
Shall be #14 ga. stainless steel with interior corners coved
and all seams welded and polished.

SKATE-WHEELS:
Are nylon 2" diameter on stainless steel ball bearings. Spacing 4" o.c.

SUPPORTS:
Stainless steel tubing and stretchers. Closed conical gussets.

CASTERS:
5" diameter, rubber-tired, ball-bearing, swivel type. End
casters have brakes.

ELECTRIC RACEWAY:
Stainless steel; # 18 gauge.

ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES:
As required. With stainless steel face-plates. May be moisture-proof with hinged cover. (optional) Specify voltage, phase, wattage for each receptacle.

CONTROL PANEL:
60-AMP rated circuit breaker panel with each receptacle having
its own circuit breaker control with manual reset and shut-off.
All electrical work to be complete to control panel.

CORD AND PLUG:
Supply 8'-0" long heavy-duty insulated electric cord and plug. Provide stainless steel Bayonet-Type Holder for cord and plug

TRAY MAKE-UP CONVEYOR.

Shall be Greitzer Corp Model TM-IR. Length as shown on plan.

Shall be constructed same as above, using same materials and construction except that instead of skate-wheels conveyor shall utilize 2" diameter nylon rollers 41/2" long, mounted on stainless steel ball-bearings set on stainless steel shafts.

Rollers to be spaced 4" o.c.

SPECIFICATIONS

POWER ROLLERS:
To be GREITZER CORPORATION, INC MODEL SSR-C and to be size and shape shown on plan.

ROLLERS:
Shall be 2 1/2" diameter #14 ga. wall stainless steel tubing spaced on 6" centers. Minimum centerline radius shall be 36".

SIDE FRAMES:
Formed of #12 ga. stainless steel channels to create rectangular en- closure for drive chain and bearings. Cross-stretchers to be 1 1/2" stainless steel tubing welded to side frames.

DRIVE SPROCKETS:
Shall be stainless steel to prevent rusting.

DRIVE CHAIN:
Shall be 5/8" pitch stainless steel roller chain to prevent rusting.

DRIVE:
Shall be___H.P.___VOLT___ PH. gearhead reduction motor.                                          

CONTROLS:
To include NEMA 4 magnetic starter and watertight on-off switch. Interconnecting wiring to be run in watertight conduit.

DRIVE ENCLOSURE:
Shall be made with welded angle frame having exterior of #16 ga. stainless steel with flush welded seams. Front of enclosure made re- movable for access to interior,.

SUPPORTS:
Shall be stainless steel tubular H-frames having bottoms fitted with adjustable stainless steel bullet feet.

MODEL #SSR ROLLER CONVEYOR SECTIONS (Straight or Curved)

ROLLERS:
To be 1 5/8" O.D. stainless steel tubing on stainless steel ball-bearings set on hexagonal stainless steel shafts.

SIDE FRAMES:
To be #12 ga. formed stainless steel stretchers with screw height adjustment.

SPACING OF ROLLERS:
To be 4", 5" or 6" on centers as required.

SECTIONS:
Roller Conveyor to be made removable and in sections for easy handling.

MODEL #NR -ROLLER CONVEYOR SECTIONS.            Same as above but rollers are 2" diameter nylon.

MODEL #RR -RACK RETURN ROLLER CONVEYOR.
Same as above but rollers are on 6" centers and of width to accommodate standard dish racks on edge.

MODEL #SW-SKATE-WHEEL CONVEYOR SECTIONS (Straight or Curved)

WHEELS:
2" diameter nylon with stainless steel ball-bearings. Spaced
4" o.c. and 14 wheels per foot.

SIDE FRAMES:
Formed of #12 ga. stainless steel with welded stainless stretchers and stainless steel spacers. Height adjustment bolts at bottom.

SECTIONS:
SKATE-WHEEL CONVEYOR to be made in sections which are removable for cleaning.

MODEL #SSW SKATE-WHEEL CONVEYORS.
Same as above, but wheels are 2" diameter stainless steel with stainless steel ballbearings.

MODEL #ASW SKATE-WHEEL CONVEYORS.
Same as above but wheels, s;.de-frames and spacers are aluminum.
