• For the transfer of soiled ware from the scrapping table to the operator of the dishwashing machine.
• Permits accumulation of soiled ware off the scrapping table.

SPECIFICATIONS

Provide GREITZER CORPORATION, INC MODEL SM ROTARY
BUSSING CONVEYOR: PORTABLE UNIT.

WORK TOP:
Shall be formed of #14 ga. Stainless steel with 1" raised coaming at edge, and 4" deep integral ap- ron. Diameter of top to be 5'-O". Top shall be re- inforced to sustain loads of soiled ware over entire surface. All corners of top shall be coved. Top shall be one-piece without seams.

SKIRTING:
Shall be #16 ga. stainless steel.

SUPPORTS:
Shall be stainless steel tubing with welded tubular stretchers. Each support to be fitted with 5" diameter, rubber tired swivel casters with brakes.

DRIVE UNIT:
Shall be 1/2 H.P., 110-VOLT, 1-PHASE, 60-CYCLE GEARHEAD type with Vari-Speed Control to adjust speed from 15-45 feet per minute. Drive engagement shall be slip type to permit operator to stop rotation by pressing their hand on the rotating top.

CONTROLS:
Provide water tight on/off switch on skirting of conveyor.

OPTIONAL:
Provide water tight foot pedal "on/off"control switch.

WASH APPARATUS. Shail be located within drive enclosure and formed of #14 ga. stainless steel with upper and lower sprays to wash both sides of belts simultaneously. Provide perforated, removable cleanout trays under sprays-solenoid to stop wash operation when conveyor is stopped and water mixing and control valves.

GENERAL. All sprockets and shafting shall be solid stainless steel. Bearings shall be precision sealed-for-life type with grease fittings and copper tubular extensions to convenient point, for future lubrication.

OPTIONS

OPTION PTD. Automatic tray drop-off. Powered; with stainless steel rollers and stainless steel cantilevered positioner for portable tray carts. Also inciudes controls which will shut off conveyor if tray cart is not in proper position to receive trays off conveyor, or if portable tray cart is fully loaded.

OPTION VS. Vari-speed control. Drive motor can be supplied with control that will enable belt speed to be varied from 0-60 ft. per minute.

OPTION DW. Provide detergent injection feature into wash action, with Tork electric clock control for adjusting detergent injection cycle. Container for detergent shall be located within drive enclosure.

OPTIONS WTD. Non-powered automatic tray drop-off; with sloped skate-wheel rollers. Cart guides and controls shall be same as for powered tray drop-off.
