Specification

Provide one (1) Low Profile Tray Assembly Conveyor, Model #SVG____* (input number of tray carriers), manufactured by Greitzer.

To be of size and shape as shown on plan and to operate in a (clockwise, counterclockwise) direction.

Provide (7,10,12,14,18) individual #16 gauge stainless steel tray carriers. Carriers to be easily removable without use of tools. Carriers to have high density polymer wear strips.

Each tray carrier to be furnished with removable menu card holder.

To be constructed of #12 gauge, all welded stainless steel angle frame with #16 gauge stainless steel body and #14 gauge stainless steel top.

Provide heavy duty casters.

Provide 112 h.p. motor withSCR infinite speed controls.

Provide overload and undervoltage protection and combination starter.

Provide integral electrical raceway to service the following items: ______________________

Provide electrical raceway prewired to (a centrally located breaker panel for one point electrical connectionlor electrical connection plates with point-of-use circuit breakers.)

Typical Electrical Requirements (conveyors up to 300' in length):

Conveyor motor: 112 H.P. 1201208 volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase, 5 wire (5th wire equipment ground), stub up 4" at location of drive housing.

Electrical raceway: (please check with factory for exact amperage requirements)

Typical Mechanical Requirements:

1/2" hot and 1/2" cold water, stub up 4" at location of drive housing.

1 1/2" waste to floor drain required at location of drive housing.

Specification

• Provide one (1) Greitzer Model JCC Tray Assembly Conveyor of size and shape as shown on plan.
• Conveyor to be U.L. listed and NSF approved.
• Furnish with 10" wide belt of white neoprene rubber with 3-ply reinforcement. Lacing to be alligator type, of stainless steel. Belt tension to be maintained automatically.
• #14 gauge stainless steel conveyor pan with free edges turned up 3 and formed with a rolled edge. Surface of belt pan to be dimpled to prevent suction between belt and belt pan.
• #18 gauge stainless steel skirting with security screws full length of conveyor. Sections to be approximately 15" high with channel edges.
• All inside corners of belt pan to be coved and all seams to be welded and polished.
• Furnish 1518" 0.d. #16 gauge stainless steel tubular legs with 1 114" 0.d. stainless steel cross braces not more than 60" on center.
• 3/16" x 3" stainless steel intermediate supports 30" on center.
• Provide 112 H.P. 1201208v, 3 phase, 5 wire fured speed motor. (Variable speed motor available at no additional cost).
• Provide #16 gauge stainless steel drive housing with lockable hinged doors.
• Bearings to be sealed-for-life type with grease fittings remoted to a convenient location for future lubrication.
• Provide hot waterldetergent belt wash tank with removable perforated cleanout trays and enclosed detergent reservoir.
• Provide U.L. listed electrical raceway of #16 gauge stainless steel, prewired to a centrally located circuit breaker panel. Circuit breaker panel to be provided with a lockable cover.
• Electrical outlets to be provided with watertight covers.
• All wiring to be run in metal conduit. Provide standard NEMA 12 control panel recessed into drive enclosure at convenient location. Provide panel with a lockable cover. Provide kill switch.
• Control panel components to be prewired to terminal strip for final connection in the field by electrician.
• Provide silverware safety switch at belt terminus.
• Provide #14 gauge stainless steel tail cover.
• Full length drainer pan with adjustable pitch.

CONTROLS. Combination starter with overload and undervoltage protection. Start-stop control with bull's eye indicator at each end of conveyor. Two-stage limit switch at end of belt.
