To provide attractive, sanitary means of bringing electric and mechanical services to food preparation equipment located away from walls. Pedestal to be supplied with start-stop switch for Cutter-Mixer and with receptacle and point-of-use breaker, to accommodate cord and plug connection from Mixing Machine. Receptacle and breaker to be supplied with self-closing protective hinged covers.
Control pedestal shall be 20" x 20" x 30" high unless otherwise specified. It shall be constructed of #14 ga. stainless steel over welded angle framework, for bolting to floor. All welded seams shall be flush type. One side of pedestal to be made removable for access to interior. Pedestal shall also be supplied with T. & S.. Model No. 8-1 13 chrome plated faucet with flexible stainless steel hose and trigger-control faucet.
