Joshua III Series F100 Ventilator

Specification:

Greitzer Inc. JOSHUA III, (Island Type, Wall Mounted or Backshelf style), Ventilator shall be U. L. 710 listed as an 'Automatic Damper and Hood for Restaurant Equipment Appliances". Low volume, high velocity design with full length air inlet above and parallel to cooking equipment being ventilated. Ventilator shall be provided with removable stainless steel U.L. listed baffle type grease filters. Ventilator shall be constructed entirely of type 304 stainless steel. Grease extraction chamber shall be #16 gauge stainless steel. Canopy or backshelf body shall be minimum of #18 gauge gauge stainless steel with 16 gauge stainless steel ends. Exposed surfaces shall be finished to a #4 finish with all external welds ground and polished. Exhaust collar shall be #16 gauge stainless steel. U.L. listed fire damper assembly shall be #12 gauge stainless steel and activated by a fusible link device (standard). Full height, full length access to plenum via removable baffle type grease filters. #12 gauge stainless steel hangar rod brackets for all canopies. Check-out and start- up by factory trained personnel. Provide 24 months parts and labor warranty.
